A high step‐up DC–DC converter with switched‐capacitor and switched‐inductor using one coupled inductor

This paper proposes a high step-up DC–DC converter which integrates switched-inductor and switched-capacitor techniques with four-winding coupled-inductor. With technique, two primary windings of the coupled-inductor are charged in parallel discharged series to obtain voltage gain. Moreover, by adding sets diode-capacitor circuits on both side windings, not only can recycle energy causing spike power switches, but also lift conversion ratio. Then, switches lower stress used improve efficiency proposed converter. The operating principle, steady state analyses, key parameters design discussed provided. Finally, 400 W laboratory prototype 24 V input 480 output is constructed tested validate performance. highest full load efficiencies 95.8% 94.8%, respectively.
